  • Oct. 2012. Land compensation 5,000 mil. KRW (63% compensation)

2013 Core Promotion Plan
  • Securing insufficient amount to compensate land and utility (2013 main budget 3,100 mil. KRW)
  • Discussion to use the sedimented earth and soil in the river section to fill up project area
  • Preventing trial and error in advance by reviewing design and project plan thoroughly
  • Reducing budget by inducing private investment in tourist accommodation and youth hostel

  • Major Facilities : Yuui Memorial Hall, Alternative Medicine Experience Center, Oriental Medicine Theme Street, etc.
